NYC Playwright
Caleb Dukes is an award-winning, New York City-based playwright and (sometimes) actor/director with a creative focus on social justice and dark comedy. After graduating cum laude from Rice University in 2022, they began their current journey at the Actor’s Studio Drama School, working towards an MFA in playwriting. Their work has been performed throughout Texas and New York, at venues such as The Tank, The Secret Theater, and The Hudson Guild. They are a member of The Dramatists Guild of America.

The Actors Studio Drama School invites you to the Class of 2025 MFA Repertory Season, featuring Caleb Dukes’ new play, Prosecution/Defense, directed by Nick Cartusciello. Performances will be held in tandem with Leah Bickley’s i’M fInE April 23rd through April 25th at 7:30 pm and April 26th at 3 pm and 7:30 pm at the ASDS Repertory Theater, 80 Greenwich Street New York, NY 10006.
